Cart Return Policy Order Cancellation We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at essenceyogiusa@gmail.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. 30 Days Return Guarantee Thank you for shopping at ESSENCE YOGI We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not quite pleased with the items you received. However, please make sure items in new condition. Simply drop us an email ( essenceyogiusa@gmail.com) or note before return/exchange, we will try our best to meet your request. Please note overdue requests may not be accepted. Return/Exchange Policy Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal. The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund. Return shipping fees are AT CUSTOMER’S OWN EXPENSES . We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront. We do not accept packages returned using COD service. Return policy
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in
sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
Essence Yogi is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping
method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
We currently do not generate return labels for domestic or international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments cost.
We do not exchange neither refund clothes on sale.
